E is for Excercis, not Excuses....

after telling myself that for a couple of hours after a long day I made it to the gym. Unfortunately my achilles problem has not resolved itself.  E now is for Extremely disappointed. :(  After less than a mile I felt the pinge of pain, and knew I had better stop.  Fortunately the elliptical is alot less impactful and forgiving to injury.

January 27: 3 miles

A little bit of good news though is that I am down 9 lbs!!!

I think you need to give the Achilles tendon a rest. Maybe a month or two. I ruptured mine when I was 18. Not a fun thing to recover from.
